STUDIO POLICIES

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

To ensure a smooth, consistent experience for all clients, we ask that the following policies are observed when attending Be Kind Studios.

Booking & Attendance

All classes must be booked in advance.
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel within the required window to avoid fees.

Late cancellations (less than 8 hours before class) and no-shows will result in a fee charged to your card on file.

Private sessions require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

Waitlist

If you are added into a class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the standard cancellation window.

Late cancellations and no-shows from the waitlist are subject to the same fees.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all clients:

Grip socks are required for all classes
Phones should not be used during class
Please arrive on time to avoid disruption
Be mindful of instructors, staff, and other clients

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove clients from class if studio guidelines are not followed.

Membership & Class Usage

Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you exceed your monthly class limit, additional classes may be billed at the studio’s current rate.

It is your responsibility to manage your bookings and cancellations within your billing cycle.

Membership Freezes

Membership freezes may be requested in advance.

A monthly freeze fee may apply, and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

All freeze requests must be submitted in writing.

Payments & Billing

All clients must have a valid payment method on file.

By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you authorize Be Kind Studios to charge your card for applicable fees, including late cancellations and no-shows.

General Policies

Be Kind Studios is not responsible for technical issues, booking errors, or connectivity problems that may affect scheduling.
