This class blends Pilates principles with strength training using weights for a powerful, full-body workout. Expect controlled Pilates movements paired with heavier weights to build strength, stability, and muscular endurance.
You’ll focus on core engagement, alignment, and intentional movement while incorporating strength exercises designed to challenge the entire body. The combination of Pilates and weight training helps improve overall strength, coordination, and control.

Be Kind Studios is proud to be the first in Los Angeles to offer infrared heated reformer Pilates, combining intentional movement with advanced technology.
Unlike traditional heated studios that warm the air, infrared heat gently warms the body from within, helping muscles release more easily while supporting circulation and recovery throughout your workout.
This full-body reformer class challenges strength, endurance, and control while the infrared heat enhances flexibility and promotes a deeper sense of restoration. Many clients find they recover faster, move more freely, and feel more balanced after class.

Jumpboard is a dynamic reformer class that combines low-impact cardio with controlled, full-body strength work. Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll move through rhythmic jumping sequences designed to elevate your heart rate without placing excess stress on the joints.
This format builds endurance, coordination, and core stability while keeping the focus on proper form and intentional movement. The result is a workout that feels energizing, challenging, and balanced.

MOBILITY + RECOVERY | 45 minutes
Stretch x Restore is a slower-paced, breath-led reformer class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support long-term mobility. This format focuses on controlled movement, gentle resistance, and intentional stretching to help the body recover and reset.
Sequences are designed to open the hips, lengthen the spine, and reduce muscle tightness while keeping the joints supported. The steady pace allows you to move with control while calming the nervous system and improving overall range of motion.
Ideal for recovery days, injury prevention, or anyone looking for a more restorative approach to the Be Kind Method.

Take your practice outside with our rooftop mat Pilates class, combining intentional movement with fresh air and the energy of our Melrose design district location.
This class focuses on core strength, stability, and controlled full-body movement using classic mat work designed to support mobility, balance, and endurance. The outdoor setting adds an energizing element while keeping the focus on precision and form.
Mats and towels are provided. Just bring water, sunscreen, and be ready to move.

Our Community Class is led by recently certified instructors who have completed extensive training in the Be Kind Method right here at our studio.
