MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Be Kind Studios Membership, Class Pack & Subscription Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership, class pack, or subscription at Be Kind Studios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Authorization to Charge
You authorize Be Kind Studios to charge your designated payment method for the selected membership, class pack, or subscription, including:

Recurring membership fees (if applicable)

Additional class fees

Late cancellation and no-show fees

Any applicable freeze or add-on charges

This authorization remains in effect until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policies.

2. Auto-Renewing Memberships
If you are purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you understand and agree:

Your membership will automatically renew each month.

Your card will be charged monthly until canceled in writing.

Cancelation requires at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Cancelation requests must be submitted by email to info@bekindstudios.com.

3. Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Canceling a class less than 8 hours before the scheduled time will result in a $30 late cancellation fee.

Failing to attend a scheduled class without canceling will result in a $50 no-show fee.

Private sessions canceled within 12 hours will be charged $75, and sessions canceled within 2 hours will be charged the full session rate.

These fees will be automatically charged to your card on file.

By booking a class, you acknowledge that you are reserving a space and instructor time, which becomes unavailable to others. These fees are service reservation fees—not based on attendance or physical product delivery.

4. Waitlist Policy
If you are added into a class from the waitlist and cancel less than 8 hours before class or fail to attend, the late cancel or no-show policy applies.

5. Freeze Policy
You may request a membership freeze:

A monthly freeze fee will apply.

Your membership renewal date will be adjusted forward by one month for each frozen month.

Freezes remain active until you contact us to remove the freeze.

Freeze requests must be made in writing.

6. Class Pack & Membership Usage
All memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you exceed your monthly class limit, additional classes will be billed at $24 per class.

It is your responsibility to cancel any classes during your billing period if you do not plan to attend. Otherwise, fees may apply.

7. Refund Policy
All purchases—including memberships, class packs, drop-ins, late/no-show fees, freeze fees, and add-ons—are strictly non-refundable unless there is a billing error caused by Be Kind Studios.

8. Dispute Policy & Acknowledgment of Services Rendered
By purchasing, you acknowledge:

Class reservations are considered delivered services upon booking, even if you do not attend.

Late cancel and no-show fees are charges for reserving space and instructor time, not for physical products.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute based on “product not received” or “unauthorized charge” if these charges align with the policies stated here.

You acknowledge that your digital waiver, booking records, and account activity may be used as evidence in any billing dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of these terms, your account may be permanently suspended.

9. Billing Descriptor
You understand that charges may appear on your billing statement as:

“Be Kind Studios” or “BKST LA LLC”
and you agree not to dispute charges based on confusion regarding this descriptor.

10. Studio Behavior & Policy Acknowledgment
You agree to follow all studio rules including:

Wearing grip socks in class

No cell phone use in class

Respecting staff, instructors, and fellow clients

Not misusing complimentary items or amenities

Violation of studio rules or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your membership without refund.

11. Technical Issues
Be Kind Studios is not responsible for internet outages, booking errors, or software glitches that impact your ability to schedule. If you encounter an issue, please contact us immediately at info@bekindstudios.com.

By checking the box or signing electronically, you confirm:

You have read, understood, and accepted all terms above.

You agree not to dispute valid charges aligned with these policies.

You authorize Be Kind Studios to charge your card in accordance with these terms.
