Our instructor training academy is designed for those who want to become confident, knowledgeable Pilates instructors while learning the Be Kind Method from the inside out.
Through comprehensive training in reformer, tower, anatomy, and class programming, you’ll gain the skills needed to teach with clarity, precision, and confidence in a real studio environment.
This program goes beyond certification. You’ll learn how to understand movement, cue effectively, and lead classes with the same intention and attention to detail that defines Be Kind Studios.
Each training session runs over three consecutive weekends (Friday–Sunday) and includes in-person, classroom-style instruction.
Attendance at all scheduled days is required to complete the certification. If you are unable to attend every date, please register for a future session.
Let's break it down
Learn the foundations of reformer Pilates, including proper setup, exercise progressions, safety, and modifications.
You’ll develop a clear understanding of how to teach reformer classes with confidence while maintaining the precision and control the Be Kind Method is known for.
Build a strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement patterns so you can teach with intention, not guesswork.
We focus on helping you understand why exercises work, how to modify them, and how to safely work with different bodies and abilities.
Learn how to lead a class from start to finish with clear cueing, thoughtful sequencing, and strong class flow.
You’ll practice teaching in a real studio environment so you feel prepared to step in front of a class with confidence.
Train inside the same studio environment where our instructors teach every day.
You’ll learn the exact approach we use at Be Kind, with hands-on guidance, small group training, and real teaching experience throughout the program.

Train in a small, hands-on environment
This program is designed to prepare you to teach, not just complete a course. You’ll train in person, practice teaching in a real studio environment, and learn the same method our instructors use every day.
By the end of the program, you’ll have the confidence and experience needed to lead a class.
Yes. Attendance at all scheduled training days is required to complete the certification.
Because the program builds week by week, missing a session can make it difficult to stay on track. If you are unable to attend all dates, we recommend joining a future training.
All training payments are non-refundable.
Because space in the program is limited and your spot is reserved once payment is made, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions.
Training groups are kept small (no more than 10 to a cohort) to allow for hands-on instruction and individual feedback.
This helps ensure each student gets the support needed to feel confident teaching by the end of the program.
Yes. Practice teaching is part of the program.
Students will have the opportunity to lead exercises, work with other trainees, and receive feedback throughout the training so they feel prepared to teach real classes.

However, graduates who demonstrate strong teaching ability, professionalism, and reliability may be considered for future opportunities when they become available.
